Facilities
The Gyrx headquarters facility in Jacksonville, Florida covers 20,000 square feet of office, manufacturing, research & development and warehouse space. The executive team leads our manufacturing, quality assurance and shipping teams and manages a worldwide network of distributors through its subsidiary companies, which are also on-site.
Highlights of our manufacturing plant include:
- a 3000 square-foot clean room with gowning and transfer rooms
- Multiple controlled environment and general assembly areas
- Packaging equipment includes Alloyd sealers, continuous band sealers and impulse sealers
- Pre-sterile, quarantine and sterile controlled access areas
- Machine shop with mills, lathes, surface grinders, heat-treat oven, and more
- Receiving inspection with Instron pull testers, optical comparators, environmental test chamber, tool makers microscopes, durometer tester, molded stress optical analyzer, and more
