Bill Dennis, CEO
Bill Dennis is Gyrx's Chief Executive Officer. He has a 30-year career filled with creatively integrating technologies from diverse surgical specialties and transforming those elements into world class product solutions.
Bill led the development of technical portfolios that include over 20 patents, patents pending and licenses. His innovations included advancements in laparoscopic trocars, cannula seals, specimen bags, pressure infusers, endoscopic suction/irrigation devices, aspiration needles, wound closure needles, airway management systems, and ligation retention devices.
Bill has been instrumental in the $12.2m CORE Dynamics asset sale to ConMed Medical, the $11.5m Endox LLC sale to Microline PENTAX and the Sorbx LLC sale to TYCO Healthcare.
Bill is highly involved with the development of Gyrx's portfolio companies. He holds a BBS in Finance from the University of Miami.
